ZWIN-GM1006 NDIR infrared gas sensor is a new type of infrared gas sensor developed for environmental monitoring and industrial site emission gas analysis. It is adopts world class high-precision, high-resolution probes and gas absorption cells with completely independent intellectual property rights. The sensor has the characteristics of high precision, good stability and fast response time.
GM1006 Continuous Particulate Monitor consists of three basic components: the instrument host, the cutting head, and sampling system. Each part is installed individually for easy removal and replacement.
Applications
- Air quality inspection,
- Petrochemical environment monitoring,
- Industrial process gas analysis and other occasions
Product Features
- Adopt advanced dual-beam non-spectrographic infrared detection technology (NDIR)
- The measurement accuracy is high, the response speed is fast, and the repeatability is good.
- The sensor range can be customized according to requirements, and the service life is long
- Output signal: RS-232,RS-485,(4~20) mA
- Working power / power consumption: DC12V/<25W
- The infrared light source with stable performance has a long service life and is less affected by shock and vibration.
- The imported dual-channel infrared detector scheme compensates the absorption signal of the measured gas, which is less affected by external environmental factors than the single-channel scheme, and the result is more stable, without freguent calibration.
