The explosion-proof volatile organic compound online monitoring system is an advanced monitoring equipment based on PID photoionization technology. It adopts efficient pump sampling to ensure the accuracy and real-time performance of the data. The system consists of two parts: an online monitoring terminal and a sensing probe installed on site. The monitoring terminal has a built-in GPRS wireless communication module, which ensures timely transmission of data in a real-time online and automatic reporting mode. Raw data such as atmospheric temperature, humidity and VOC concentration collected through sensing probes can be comprehensively analyzed by the terminal to provide detailed on-site environmental reports.

The system can detect hundreds of common VOCs including aldehydes, alcohols, halogenated unsaturated hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons, aromatic compounds, etc., covering petrochemical, organic chemical industry, surface coating, packaging and printing, refueling Volatile organic compounds that may be produced by many industries such as stations. At the same time, it is also suitable for harsh environments such as high temperature, high dust, and high oil and gas, such as waste incineration flue gas emission monitoring, VOCs monitoring, biogas online monitoring and other complex scenarios.
