Project background:

In the process of burning coal and other fuels, power engineering companies will produce a large amount of smoke, SO2, NOx and other gases and particulate matter. These pollutants will form acid rain when discharged into the atmosphere, causing harm to humans, livestock, crops, and forests. At the same time, they will also cause problems such as ozone layer destruction and global warming. In response to the policy call, a power company in Langfang, Hebei Province deployed our company’s online environmental monitoring system for corporate pollution. Through the intelligent on-site terminal, the company conducts self-inspection of internal pollution and promotes the company to upgrade environmental protection facilities and technical transformation.

Construction objectives:

ZWIN-YC06 dust online monitor integrates PM2.5, PM10, temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, wind direction and other parameters, with optional rainfall, light, video monitoring, etc. It adopts pump sampling method and laser scattering principle to measure particulate matter, realizes online real-time monitoring through wireless transmission module, has remote control function, and is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen for easy operation.

ZWIN-AQMS06 micro air quality monitoring system is an economical product for real-time and accurate monitoring of outdoor air pollutants. It adopts a pump sampling method and integrates electrochemical gas sensors, laser scattering particle sensors, meteorological sensors, etc. to realize automatic monitoring of ambient air quality. The sampling process is equipped with a heating and dehumidification device to improve data accuracy.
