PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The main purpose of the total phosphorus online automatic analyzer is to monitor the presence of phosphorus containing compounds in various forms of phosphate in water, which are divided into orthophosphate, condensed phosphate(pyrophosphate, pyrophosphate, and polyphosphate), and organically bound phosphorus (such as phospholipids). It is widely used in pollution monitoring points, surface water monitoring stations, river sections, and drinking water source monitoring stations. Suitable for: waterworks, water supply pipelines,secondary water supply in residential areas, swimming pools, rural drinking water, etc.

PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS

1.The sapphire valve used for core sampling is a ten way valve with high wear resistance, resistance to strong acids and alkalis, resistance to organic solvents, strong service life, and high stability;
2.Using a specially designed reference method, mild displacement and contamination of the digestion tank do not affect the measured values;
3.It has the function of separating waste liquid, realizing the separate discharge of high concentration reaction waste liquid and low concentration cleaning solution;
4.It has a dynamic dilution function and can automatically adjust the dilution factor according to the range set by the viewing venue;
5.It has built-in quality control functions such as spiked recovery, blank testing, standard sample verification, zero point verification, span verification, parallel sample testing, etc., and can be activated automatically, manually,remotely, etc;
6.Equipped with automatic fault diagnosis and abnormal information uploading and recording functions, such as component faults, over range alarms, over limit alarms, reagent shortage alarms, etc;
7.Equipped with overheat protection: lf the heating temperature is too high, the heater will automatically shut down;
8.After abnormal reset and power failure, the instrument will automatically discharge residual reactants and return to its initial working state. Equipped with a telegraph tube function, the instrument will generate an alarm message when powered on again after a power outage;
9.It has the function of analyzing instrument process logs, recording measurement data, and storing alarm information. lt records data calculation once per hour, can store for more than 3 years, and can quickly export data from a USB flash drive;
